Other Questions
The construction of the pool villa begins after the second payment with a minimum amount of 35%. The construction time is approx. 10-14 months, depending on receipt of payment from the customer.
The registration fee is 1% of the absolute sum of the entire lease term. As of: 2024
Transfer fees are 2% of the declared sales price or the government-determined value of the property, whichever is higher. As of: 2024
The community fee is 60 THB per square meter of living space per month, paid in advance for one year.
The common fee includes the costs for the communal facilities and services within a residential complex or apartment complex. This typically includes maintenance and cleaning of common areas such as gardens, paths, swimming pools, gyms and clubhouses. In addition, the costs for security services, garbage collection, insurance and administrative tasks are often covered by the common fee. This fee is paid by the owners or tenants of the individual units and is used to keep the common facilities in good condition and to ensure living comfort for all residents.
The Sinking Fund per property in Acasia Premium Residence is a one-time fee of 100,000 THB, intended to cover possible major damage.
- For a 1 bedroom apartment, the interior design package is 1.0 million THB.
- For a 2 bedroom apartment or villa, the interior design package is 1.5 million THB.
- For a 3 bedroom apartment or villa it is 2.0 million THB.
- For a 4-bedroom villa it is 2.5 million THB.
We offer a guaranteed rental income over a period of 3 years with an annual return of 10%.
